Daphne Glover Ferrier – Producer

Daphne Glover Ferrier is an award winning, non‐fiction content producer with a Masters Degree in International Development from University of Denver Joseph Korbel School of International Studies. Daphne specializes in International development, advocacy, education and public health projects for clients such as the World Bank, the Partnership for Child Development, IMA World Health, International Relief and Development, USAID and The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Daphne has produced films on four continents on topics ranging from HIV/AIDS education in East Africa to the power of learning in Asia, South America and South Africa. Daphne’s broadcast credits include National Geographic, Smithsonian Network, ABC and PBS. She recently was part of the Smithsonian Network team that created video content for the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC). Daphne is the recipient of numerous industry awards including Cine Golden Eagle Awards, Telly Awards, and International Peer Awards.  She is currently the producer of SPENT The Hidden Cost of Dementia, and Rocket to Venus.

 

 

Robert Ferrier – Writer, Director

Robert Ferrier is a two-time Emmy award-winning director and writer of documentary-style, non-fiction content. His was chosen as a 2018 Johns Hopkins University/Saul Zaentz Filmmaking Fellow. Robert has produced films in every corner of the world – Europe, Africa, Russia’s Far East, and throughout the Americas including Alaska. His work can be seen on networks like Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Travel Channel, Smithsonian Network, Showtime, National Geographic, and PBS, as well as through digital platforms for organizations like USAID, The World Bank, and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Robert’s work has been recognized with some of the television and video industry’s highest honors, including multiple Emmys, Cines, Tellys and Gold Medals. His work spans the genres of History, Science, Arts, Travel, International Development and Public Health. Robert’s latest projects in production include Rocket to Venus and SPENT The Hidden Cost of Dementia.
